Autism Roadmaps is fully constructed from a strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming perspective. This means our program respects neurological differences and does not categorize all autistic people as the same. We place a strong emphasis on recognizing and leveraging the unique strengths and capabilities of autistic individuals and their families. Instead of primarily viewing autism as a deficit or a set of challenges, we will teach you how to understand and support the strengths of your child. This perspective promotes acceptance, inclusion, and accommodation for autistic individuals while avoiding any form of discrimination or ableism.

It is developed and maintained by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Founded and developed by Dr. Arielle Rubin MD, a double board certified physician, Autism Roadmaps provides comprehensive education about autism from a whole-body perspective, including knowledge about medical and psychiatric needs, guidance for communication with healthcare professionals, and science-based information regarding autism neurobiology, medications and alternative treatments.

But it doesn't end there. As this is designed for parents, there is also an emphasis on parent support and psychological growth. We focus on teaching you direct therapeutic strategies to help maintain your own well-being and that of your entire family. This holistic approach to autism parenting sets us apart and is designed to support you on every level.
